Our Maci's Ride Scholarship Raffle is LIVE!
As part of our partnership with Maci's Ride, a local non-profit that hosts an annual poker ride to benefit the local Autism community with scholarships and respite care opportunities. We are so grateful to have (40) $500 scholarships available to our local families and individuals. Selected scholarship recipients will receive a $500 scholarship that can be used for the needs of the individual with Autism. Please complete the form below (only one application per family NOT per individual with Autism) and attach the doctor's letter confirming the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. All forms with doctor's letters must be submitted by 5:00 PM on Monday, October 31st. No exceptions. Applications will be reviewed the following week, and applications will be randomly selected in a raffle drawing by representatives of the Autism Society Tidewater Virginia and Maci's Ride. Selected applicants will be contacted no later than November 15, 2022 to verify their scholarship.
